PetsConnect! has both a "page" and a "cause" on Facebook. Facebook is a free social networking site that links people all over the world. To administer the PC Facebook page, you must have a Facebook account. Signing up is free, and your information can remain private and secure.

Registering and finding PetsConnect!
To sign up, visit www.facebook.com

• Fill in your information and follow the onscreen instructions for setting up your account.

To become a "fan" of PetsConnect!, click here and choose "become a fan" (note: you must be logged in to FB to see this option)

To support the PC cause on FB, click here.

Administering the PC Facebook Pages:
You must be added as an adminstrator to manage the PC pages on Facebook. Send an email to jaime@petsconnect.org to have your status changed.

Updating PC Status

• Go to the PC FB home page; there you will see an option for "status update"
• You can type something or link to a blog post or other website in the status area. Thumbnail pictures are automatically generated when linking.
• Use the status update tools to choose photos and/or link to a blog post.

Managing the "Cause"

• Go to the PC FB cause home page
• From there, you can email all members, post photos, update events, etc.
• Follow the onscreen instructions in the FB application to complete these tasks.
